Bulk Editing Assessment Review Settings with the Exam Settings Spreadsheet
Editing Assessment Review Settings affect how the students are able to review assessment and exam results.
SchoolsPLP offers the ability to bulk-edit as well as edit students on an individual basis.
Steps for Bulk-Editing Assessment Review Settings
- At the District level of SchoolsPLP, select the District Setup link on the upper right-hand side of the screen. If this is done at the School level, you will select the School setup link.
- Click the Spreadsheet Import/Export option box or the tab.
- Scroll down and select the Exam Settings option and then click the Exams in Current Sections. This will download an Excel Spreadsheet (this may be a large file).
- Within the Excel Spreadsheet, look to Column G for the Assessment Review settings. Review settings may be applied to lessons, quizzes, and unit tests. Example of Assessment Review within the Exam Settings Spreadsheet:
- There are 17 options to consider when adjusting Review settings within Column G. The most common settings have been highlighted in yellow:

- Once finished with the spreadsheet, save the file as a CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv) file.
- Upload the file under the Exam Settings and select Choose File to find your file.
- And click Upload.
- The upper right-hand side of the window displays Recent Uploads and includes a succeeded or failed status for each upload. Confirm the upload succeeded.
Individual Editing Assessment Review Settings
- Select the course you would like to. And choose the Course setup link on the upper right-hand side of the screen.
- Click the Open the Course Editor in a New Tab link.
- Identify the assignment that you would like to use the Assessment Review for and either double-click on the assignment or click the Edit function (pencil icon).
- Click the Settings link. And choose the Assessment Review option box.
- There are 17 options within the Assessment Review. The most common settings have been highlighted in yellow:
