Clever Integration Request

CHECKLIST: SchoolsPLP and Clever Integration 2021-2022 School Year

The following items will help determine if a SchoolsPLP and Clever integration will meet the districts' and schools’ expectations:

SchoolsPLP license supports School-Wide enrollment
Current integration supports student user creation/management. Course enrollments are not supported.
Integration would be completed within 7-14 days from initial request
All users (students and staff) will access SchoolsPLP via Clever single sign on
All schools within district will access SchoolsPLP via Clever single sign on
Pre-existing users and courses will need necessary SIS identifying data within SchoolsPLP
Sending data (e.g., grades, attendance, time) from SchoolsPLP to the district SIS is only currently supported with School Pathways. For all other SIS’s, one-way integration is supported (e.g., no attendance, time, or grade pass back).

Please reach out to integrations@schoolsplp.com to move forward with a Clever integration if these requirements are acceptable for the 2021-2022 School Year.

Also, please note, these requirements will be more flexible and updated for the 2022-2023 School Year.
