If videos, math equations, or other course content is not displaying for students, this is often caused by a required resource being blocked.

This can occur when firewall or web filtering settings prevent certain content from loading, or when browser or device settings interfere with the content. In some cases, updates to web filtering software such as Lightspeed or Linewize may unintentionally remove or reclassify items that were previously allowed. This can impact both math content, videos, and other course items.

Our courses use MathJax to render math formulas. To ensure proper display, please make sure the following URLs are allowed:

• https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/mathjax/2.7.1/MathJax.js?config=TeX-MML-AM_SVG-full
