Situational Reports (Pulse Reports)

To enroll in student progress report notifications, there are two ways that you can add the Recipients (parent/guardians): manually or via spreadsheet upload.

Manual Entry


At the school level click School Setup:

Next, click on Students:

Select the student you want to add a recipient for and click the Add/Edit Guardian button:


Fill out the parent’s information (email, cell, or both) for where the reports will be sent and click Save (It says “your” email and phone but this is where the parent’s info goes):

Spreadsheet

Admin users who have access to spreadsheets, you can download the template for new recipients to upload several recipients at once.

Enter the student’s SchoolsPLP User ID or their SIS ID (if it’s in PLP already). Email or phone can be blank if you are not adding it.

Below are the relationships that can be added in column D.
