Changing Staff Passwords at the Admin Level
Changing Multiple Passwords at One Time
To change or update multiple staff member's passwords at one time, you will need to complete the following steps:
- When logged into the dashboard, click on "District Setup in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Go to the "spreadsheets" tab.
- Find the section for staff and download either the Existing Staff or New Staff template.
- Complete the changes in the password column G and sort other columns as needed.
- Return to the spreadsheets tab and upload template.

Changing Passwords for One Staff at a Time
To change an individual staff member's password, you will need to complete the following steps:
- When logged into the dashboard, click on the campus or location of the staff member who needs a password change.
- In the top right-hand corner, click "School Setup"
- Click on the "staff" tab or click on the "School Staff" box.
- Find the staff member who needs the password change and click on their name.
- Update and confirm password and click Save Changes.
