Video Lock Feature

The Video Lock feature can be enabled or disabled by student and for the entire domain.

Adjust Video Lock for Individual Students

In order to adjust the video lock feature for a student, the following steps need to be taken:

  1. From your SchoolsPLP dashboard, adjust the "Group by" dropdown to All Students.
  2. Select the student you want to adjust the video lock feature.
  3. Click "Student Setup" in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  4. Select the course you want to make the adjustment and choose either "Video Lock Enabled" or Video Lock Disabled"

Adjust Video Lock for Entire Domain

In order to adjust the video lock feature for an entire domain or school, the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Click on the blue Need Help tab on the far right of the screen to contact SchoolsPLP support.
  2. Choose the email option to message support your request to adjust the video lock feature for the domain or a particular campus.
