Welcome to the new SchoolsPLP customer support system! We are constantly improving the SchoolsPLP experience and would like to introduce you to to new ways to receive help and get your questions answered. Remember, you can always call us at (800) 207-9430, or email us at support@schoolsplp.com. 

Clicking on the Need Help button in SchoolsPLP brings up the Support window, where you can get help in several ways:

You can begin searching for answers in our growing library of Help and How To articles. Start by clicking the Answers button at the top of the Support window:

Click a relevant article or type in the Search field for results:

Another option is to click the Ask button, so you can message or chat with us directly:

When you select Ask, you can send us an Email or Chat depending on whether a Support representative is currently available:

When sending us an email, be sure to fill out each section:

When starting a  Chat, just type in the Chat box to begin a session and someone will join you shortly:

We hope that this new system of communication within SchoolsPLP app will give you more convenience, additional options and provide faster service than ever before!
